To contribute to the ongoing development of Impax’s relationships with UK-based institutional investment consultants. This is a client facing sales support role which includes dealing with consultants and their associated asset owner clients as part of supporting the UK institutional client group.   ROLE DIMENSIONS Geographic scope: UK. Collaboration with consultant relations colleagues through the Global Consultant Relations Group as well as the wider Client Group colleagues. Target clients: Investment consultants in the UK together with their asset owner clients. This is a client-facing sales and relationship role requiring structured business development and relationship management. Team: UK team which sits within the Europe and Asia Client Group based in Dublin, London and Tokyo. Reporting lines: This role reports into the Managing Director, UK & Consultant Relations based in the UK. Knowledge: Build a solid working product knowledge of Impax Investment Strategies and UCITS Funds to be able to deal with clients directly, responding to all internal and external client enquiries, ensuring a high level of client service.

Project & Client Change Managers at Impax oversee the full project lifecycle for a wide range of global projects of strategic importance. The role provides co-ordination and leadership, across multiple functional areas, to implement change to a high standard. Projects cover new client onboardings, changes to existing clients and strategic projects.   ROLE DIMENSIONS You are expected to be: - Agile, organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines - Comfortable working to tight deadlines, with strong time management skills and client oriented thinking - Collaborative in person and virtually with your immediate team, and Impax subject matter experts across multiple business functions and seniority levels up to the executive level - Leading and/or supporting projects globally, involving clients and co-workers in multiple geographies - Hands-on and proactive, and able to deliver projects with decreasing supervision over time - Solutions driven and offering new perspectives – remaining aware of the challenges Impax faces as a growing firm and share ideas - Challenging the status quo through thought leadership on process evolution and industry recognized approaches to project management that Impax can leverage - Able to familiarize with new systems quickly where required - Demonstrating Impax’ core values: Be the solution, Passion for excellence, All voices heard, Doing better together, Building a common Future - Hybrid working (3 days minimum in office per week)
