The HR Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resource department.  This role provides administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, payroll, benefits and offboarding.  Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, the HR Associate ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance with employment legislation, and timely processing of HR transactions.

This role is focused on protecting and raising assets across Impax’s UCITS fund range, Impax Environmental Markets plc (our flagship investment trust) and private market strategies within the UK Wholesale market.  The candidate will have 5+ years of distribution experience with a network of relationships in the UK and Channel Islands as well as a proven track record of raising assets. The role combines building on our existing investor footprint as well as developing new relationships with UK wealth managers, DFMs, banks, multi-managers, family offices...
