The Investment Operation Senior Associate will bring knowledge and experience to assist the investment operations team with daily management of the trade lifecycle, including IBOR maintenance, trade support, asset servicing & cash management. The team have wide scope of responsibilities and work closely with the front office (trading desk and portfolio managers), the wider portfolio services team (investment control, analytics and performance, third party vendors and other key stakeholders.
An Analyst role sitting in the business management team within the wider Portfolio Services department. The team is responsible for a number of processes supporting key department initiatives within the following areas:
- Sell Side Research Administration and Oversight.
- Vendor oversight and management.
- PS IT administration.
- Business Analysis / Project management.
- Management Information workflow.
- ISAE controls.
- New operational workflows, asset classes.
- CCM work.
This new role will be responsible for managing timely, relevant, and consistent investment commentaries and related written content for Impax’s clients and distribution partners. It will suit an individual who is fascinated by understanding and articulating how short-term market flows and longer-term sustainable investment themes impact portfolio positioning and decision making.
Partnering closely with the Portfolio Specialists team, the role is responsible for managing Impax’s quarterly investment commentary materials, including coordination, editing and data verification. The role will also coordinate the production of a new stream of content that is focused on positioning Impax’s investment strategies relative to event and market-driven moments.
The Senior Investment Writer, Portfolio Commentary will also create and curate a new suite of papers to act as sales aids to support the investment case for Impax’s growing range of strategies within Listed Equities, Fixed Income and Private Markets. They will work closely and proactively with colleagues in Distribution and Marketing to identify opportunities to create new multi-media content to help optimise Impax’s product positioning.
The role is part of the Insights team, which sits within Corporate Communications and Client Service & Business Development. As part of the Insights team, the Senior Investment Writer, Portfolio Commentary will support colleagues in the drafting and production of chart-led blogs, articles, reports and videos that demonstrate Impax’s specialism in the opportunities related to the transition to a more sustainable economy, with a key focus on adapting resources and content to meet client needs.
The role will contribute to addressing the increasingly extensive and complex reporting and content requirements driven by increased regulations, client interest and industry norms. The role will also have a key objective to improve efficiency and explore opportunities to increase automation.
Project & Client Change Managers at Impax oversee the full project lifecycle for a wide range of global projects of strategic importance. The role provides co-ordination and leadership, across multiple functional areas, to implement change to a high standard. Projects cover new client onboardings, changes to existing clients and strategic projects.

The purpose of this internship is to bring in help for the Fund Administration team with daily tasks including NAV oversight, financial reporting, fund accounting, reconciliation, valuation and certain middle office tasks.
Digital marketing is crucial to the efficient growth, and continued success of the Impax marketing function and the wider firm. Integration of our marketing technology tools with other touch points is key to this ensuring we communicate with our contacts in a personalized approach using data to drive engagement and conversion.
This role will be working within the global digital marketing team and managing our marketing automation platform (Marketo), consulting on creating best in class email solutions including personalization, campaign automation and providing analytics to optimize ROI through a deeper understanding of of user needs.
The role is responsible for second-line compliance oversight and assurance of investment activities of Impax Asset Management Ltd and associated entities.
The position will work with the members of the first-line investment functions to support departments and provide oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory expectations.
ROLE DIMENSIONS
The Associate Director of Investment Compliance deputizes for the Head of Investment Compliance to ensure robust oversight and challenge of the firm’s investment process, ensuring regulatory compliance including maintenance of an effective global market abuse framework for the Group’s regulated entities.
The role will maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide sound advice and challenge to the investment teams across Impax’s regulated entities.
The individual must work closely with other second-line teams, in particular those responsible for executing aspects of Impax’s compliance monitoring and assurance program
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is part of a growing Finance function, with a focus on the commercial development of Impax; covering budgeting/forecasting, management accounts, management information packs (MI), commercial/profitability analysis and Investor Relations.
The Finance function is split in to three areas; FP&A. Financial Control and Tax. The teams work together closely, with the Financial Control team responsible for the financial close and oversight of accounting activities, and the FP&A team responsible for internal MI, commercial analysis and forward-looking budgets/forecasts.
As Impax continues its significant growth this role has been created to assist the build out of the global Portfolio Services team. Primarily, the Operations Manager will add governance and control to the team by taking on many oversight responsibilities including; post trade operations oversight, cash management and other asset servicing control.
